Are you a creative tastemaker with video production strengths and a commitment to storytelling through social media? Is the world your stage, and its spaces and architecture your set design? And did you just livestream yourself reviewing brioche, post a viral tree-climbing video, and edit your chess-themed video podcast 'Rookie Error' all in one morning? If the answer is 'yes', we'd love to hear from you.

**Summary.**

Oriri are seeking a prolific video content creator and editor to join our small start up team. You’ll have a natural affinity for capturing moments and stories, and combine energy, artistic vision and technical expertise to deliver a video content pipeline for multiple social media platforms.

**More on what we're looking for.**
- You're at ease with the technical aspects of video production, including shooting with smartphones / DSLRs, lighting, and audio recording.
- You’re a post-production wizz, experienced in fast-paced editing using software such as, Final Cut and Premiere, and publishing directly to TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
- You have a track record of producing captivating video for social media audiences, including managing all elements of production and publishing, keeping to timelines and budget.
- You're highly personable and as comfortable in front of the lens as behind it, able to present content with authenticity and professionalism.
- You take pride in the style, tone and visual aesthetic of your work, combining these to create a consistent brand voice.
- You are passionate about social media and spend time in that world, with a keen eye for trends in digital content marketing.
- You champion growth, are open to experimentation and problem-solving, and thrive in a multitude of creative, practical and technical scenarios.
- You enjoy a team environment and value feedback and collaboration, but can self-manage your time and priorities.

**Key Responsibilities.**
- Conceive, produce, and publish videos across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, working on all parts of the production process.
- Visit our property portfolio to shoot content that adheres to our core values: 'Productive. Playful. Inspirational. Authentic. Impact-conscious. Exceptional.'
- Deliver a high volume and variety of video content in varying formats (long form, shorts, moments), with occasional photography and copy for TikTok, Insta, YT, and company website.
- Reproduce existing content to supplement social media output.
- Manage our online community and social media posts.
- Play a key role in developing our brand aesthetic and voice.

We are currently launching a content-led marketing strategy to build a community committed to reimagining spaces and unlocking their creative potential.
