- **To deliver first class training on site process and procedures to new and existing staff including MHE and Manual Handling**:

- **To ensure the standard can be adhered to**:

- **To ensure current processes established on Work Instructions and trainings on Excellence School**:

- **To identify and bring new standards to operation**

- **RTITB / ITSSAR / AITT Instructor Accreditation or a minimum of 6months Counterbalance or Reach Truck experience - ESSENTIAL**:

- **Ability to deploy and change resource allocations during the shift in response to the changing requirements**:

- **Coaching and active listening skills**:

- **Excellent Communication skills - both verbal and written**:

- **Act independently without direct supervision**:

- **Can do, passion and right first time attitude**
