We are searching for a PART TIME / PERMANENT Fashion Sales Assistant to join our team. This position requires you to be flexible to work anything from 20+ hours during the week and weekends over a period of five days. It is likely your shifts will be 4-8 hours. Our opening hours our 9:30am -5:30pm, Monday - Saturday with the occasional late night and Sunday work according to the demands of the business.

We are looking for an inspiring individual to join our team. A fashion role-model who shows a real sense of pride and genuine love for fashion retail.

**Must Haves**

A real desire to ensure all of our customers constantly receive exceptional service.

A natural ability to sell in a sincere and genuine way to gain customer trust.

Able to work as part of a team and inspire and motivate within the team.

Retail fashion experience with at least 6 months fashion retail service.

Have a knowledge and thirst for all things representing fashion and being confident to advise others in this area, specifically the Benetton brand.

Confidence in communicating with the management team.

Flexible to meet the demands of the business and a real team player.

But overall, what’s more important to us is finding the right person with the right attitude

**Responsibilities and Duties**

Sales & Service based role; Convert customers into sales by giving exceptional customer service and to be an inspiration with your fashion and outfit choices.

Dealing with product and ensuring the store looks visually attractive at all times.

Using our social media platforms to inspire our followers and increase sales online and in store.

Processing deliveries and replenishment of stock.

Preventing the loss of sales, stock and company monies.

Having a healthy presence and attitude within the team. Supporting your colleagues at all times.

Cleaning of store and its fittings and fixtures.

Adhering to Health & Safety policies.

Represent the Benetton brand and have a genuine thirst for product knowledge.

Be excited about the Benetton product, have a desire to wear and showcase your uniform to the highest standard.

**Qualifications and Skills**

The only skills we require is a healthy attitude to your job role and to be a conscientious team player who has the best interests of the business at all times.
