As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and building strong relationships with our customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves fashion, and styling outfits and has a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

This position requires you to be flexible to suit the needs of the business. You will be working anything from 30-40 hours per week. Your working week will be Monday - Saturday, we don't trade late nights or Sundays except at Christmas time. You will have rotational Saturdays off, a very rare luxury in retail.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, helping them with a friendly and positive attitude, striving to meet their needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty
- Provide expert advice and guidance on our products and services
- Collaborate with your colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services to or customers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to effectively advise clients
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using POS software or similar tools
