**Here at Americold Whitchurch we are now recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor.**

As a Level 1 Supervisor your job will be to assist with shift planning, workforce and performance management, as well as equipment and claims management.

You will develop an understanding of the daily plan, supporting and preparing labour and resources to ensure all work and movements are dealt with in the set timeframes and that all systems are updated accordingly.

This role will cover equipment management around scanners, printers etc. We expect you to take ownership of this to ensure low levels of downtime and so labour can be redistributed. You’ll be expected to step up when the Level 2 Supervisor is not present.

With regards to performance management, you will regularly update the Level 2 Supervisor on any staff concerns, including under performance, attitude, behaviour, and non-conformity. You will support with corrective action where appropriate.

This role will promote and ensure a clean and tidy work environment for all staff and assist in the delivery of SOP’s/SSOW’s and training when required.

**Working Hours**

7am - 7pm, 4 on 4 off rotation

**Hourly Rates**

£12.27 per hour, with £30 per week shift allowance. Overtime paid at £18.40

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.00-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42 per week
