With an extensive portfolio of products which focus on our range of organic fresh herb tinctures and tincture tablets, our brand is a recognised and trusted name within health food stores and pharmacies. As we continue to grow, we are looking for dependable and organised individuals, who can prioritise a multitude of tasks and help build our brand further.

**About you**:
**Main actions & responsibilities**:

- To assist with the bottling and packaging of medicinal and food supplement products, and to ensure these goods are filled and packaged accurately to meet Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards
- Understand and follow all GMP procedures and participate in relevant training
- Set up and operate bottling and packaging machinery
- Complete packaging paperwork accurately and to company standards
- Comply with Health & Safety procedures
- Identify faults & report these to the supervisor / line manager immediately
- Keep the production rooms & machinery clean and clear to GMP standards and, assist with planned preventative maintenance and cleaning schedules
- Communicate with and work as part of the team, helping the department meet production deadlines effectively
- Provide support to other production related departments as and when required

**Experience, Skills, Qualifications required**:

- Previous experience of working within a product bottling environment and ECA’s would be advantageous but not essential. Evidence of any temporary or voluntary work will be beneficial
- Experience of using pallet trucks and forklift truck certification is desirable but not essential as full training will be given
- Educated to Standard Grade or National 3/4/5 level with passes in English and Maths as a minimum
- Computer literate
- A good standard of numeracy and literacy skills as the role involves doing calculations and completing various pieces of packaging documentation
- An organised individual who can effectively contribute and work well with a team whilst using their own initiative
- Effective time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Good communication skills with the ability to build good working relationships, ensuring effective communication with colleagues
- Attention to detail is essential as critical procedures must be adhered to when bottling and packaging medicinal products and food supplements
- Trustworthy, self-motivation, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
