Concierge Security Officer

**Kingdom Services Group** have a great opportunity for a **Concierge** Security Officer** to join the team**, **working at a supported living site in the Bridlington, YO16 area.

**Where**:Bridlington, YO16 area.**

**When**: We’re looking to get the right person in to the team ASAP

**Salary: £10.90 per hour**

**Hours: On average 48 hours per week, 3 On 3 Off, Night shifts as per site rota, 17.15 pm - 09.15 am.**

**About the role**:

- To act as first point of contact for clients and visitors
- Signing visitors in/out of building
- Ensuring the security of clients and the project is maintained by completing hourly patrols and recording appropriately, by monitoring CCTV and completing notes and clients and visitors movements.
- Completing visual inspections of the property and make notes to ensure health and safety requirements and maintained including fire procedures
- To report any out of hours emergency repairs
- Assist with access and monitoring of contractors
- To complete concierge check lists and feedback and record any relevant information in communication book and handover to day shift staff
- Complete incident reports if required
- Report any significant client issues to on call staff/supervisor

**About you**:

- Excellent communication & customer service skills
- Professional in approach, with a balanced sense of judgement, and a keen eye for detail.
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential
- A full five-year checkable employment history
- An **enhanced DBS check** will be required for this role
- Own transport is preferred
