**Training Programme Administrator**

We are currently recruiting for an
**Training Programme Administrato**r to start immediately on a temp basis for 3 months Paying £16.21 an hour

**Hybrid working - Based in Tower Hill**

**WHO WILL YOU BE WORKING FOR?**
Our client is an established non-profit Healthcare organisation.

To provide the full administrative support needed to ensure the successful delivery of all aspects of the National Autism Training Programme.

**WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?**
- Manage mailboxes and calls, responding to queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Support the work of the Executive Committee, including diary management and meeting notes.
- Support the transformation consultant in all aspects of the work relating to the National Autism Training Programme.
- Provide administrative support to the events team in the delivery of relevant webinars and live events.
- Provide administrative support to the eLearning team in the development and delivery of relevant modules.
- Act as first point of contact for participants.
- Assist with the recruitment of mentors and the administration of the mentoring programme.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Experience of sales and marketing in an eLearning or similar environment
- Creative design skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and ability to prioritise own workload
- Social media experience
