**About The Role**:
We’ve got a fantastic opening for a Support Office Advisor to join the Hilmore House Retail Support Office team, on a permanent basis. This role will report to the Senior Support Office Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting stores on a day to day basis, responding to incoming enquiries and ensuring administrative tasks are completed.

Main responsibilities;
- Monitoring the Retail Support Office inboxes, ensuring that all enquiries are responded to in a timely manner
- Prepare and issue communications to stores, ensuring accuracy of information and attention to detail
- Think from a store point of view to ensure that communication is simple, clear and fit for purpose.
- Work closely with stores and other business areas to review store communications and suggest improvements.
- Support internal teams by resolving communications issues quickly and effectively, proposing solutions and escalating where needed.
- Listen and respond to stores by supporting them with escalations and ad hoc queries
- Develop relationships with internal stakeholders to advise on the appropriate channel, format and timing of communication to ensure that communication is delivered accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to simplify and reduce communications to stores so that colleagues have the right tools to do their job.
- Deliver all store communication accurately, on time and in the most appropriate format to ensure that it is clearly understood by the store and field teams.
- Track communication, maintain a logical filing system and complete the administrative tasks to ensure that the day to day operation flows smoothly and archived communication can be easily found.
- Listen to feedback from stakeholders and suggest improvements to ways of working to make communication simpler and more efficient.

This role will be in the office operating over a 4.5 day working week based at our fantastic head office in Bradford. Boasting an on-site restaurant, coffee shop, convenience and sample store, prayer room, free parking and regular company-wide events and promotions. Ideally, applicants will live within a reasonable distance of our office, additionally, we're embracing hybrid working, providing the flexibility of up to two days working from home.**About The Company**:
