**Hours: Mon-Fri**

Do you want to work for a well-established and professional organisation that offers great training and friendly working environment? If so, I have a great opportunity within my client’s customer service/admin team based in the offices in Burgess Hill.
You will already have great customer service skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Dealing with incoming calls from customers over the phone.
- Ensure all defects are recorded on the CRM system.
- Ensure that all appointed jobs do not exceed the 30 days, in line with the company’s process.
- Manage any queries and problems effectively and efficiently.
- Attend off site review meetings with clients where required.
- Work with the "out of hours" support team to ensure any issues are resolved where needed within those hours.
- Administrative duties and updating the system accurately.
- Report back to the delivery manager weekly regarding progress being made.
- Great communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Good IT skills.
- Own transport due to location.
- Strong work ethic
