We have an amazing opportunity for an enthusiastic Receptionist with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service to join our fun and highly successful team at Holiday Inn Manchester City Centre.

As a receptionist, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting our guest, including check and check out procedures and dealing with guest enquires.

Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is delivered all times in line with our core values and standards and exceeding guest expectations.

**What will I be responsible for as a Receptionist?**
- “Making Guests Smile” - provide a warm welcome, genuine care and constantly finding innovative ways to exceed guest expectations.
- Checking guests in and out using Opera PMS, in line with brand standards
- Ensuring all guest charges are accurate and process payments in accordance to company policy
- Handling guest issues in a calm and empathising manner whilst being supported by the shift Duty Manager
- Communicating and liaising with various departments in the hotel to provide guest with a seamless stay.
- Actively promoting our loyalty program, IHG Rewards Club
- Maximising opportunities to generate revenue through upselling.
- Performing reservation arrival checks

- You will already be an established Receptionist with hotel experience who lives, breathes, and sleeps outstanding service.
- You will be able to work flexible hours on a shift basis including weekends and bank holidays.
