**Role Overview**
- ** Customer Communication**: Our clients' communication with their customers is vital to conversion. Therefore, you will ensure messages are timely, relevant, and personalised. You'll assist in crafting strategies that provide the right message to reach the right person at the right time, enhancing customer engagement and fostering a positive brand experience.
- ** Customer Loyalty**: You will innovate and implement strategies to deepen customer loyalty, such as loyalty programs and personalised engagement tactics. This involves understanding diverse consumer bases and creating targeted campaigns to encourage repeat business and long-term commitment.
- ** Collaboration with the broader Marketing Team**: You'll work closely with and be supported by various teams, including PPC, Content, and Optimisation, to ensure a unified approach to marketing strategies. This cross-functional teamwork ensures cohesive campaigns that align with overarching client objectives.
- ** Analytical Approach**: By adopting an analytical mindset, you will leverage data to inform strategies and tailor campaigns to enhance customer lifetime value and retention. Utilising tools such as Google Analytics, you'll interpret customer behaviours and refine strategy for optimal results.
- ** Client Communication**: A core part of the role is building long-term relationships with clients, therefore it is vital to have a client-first, results-driven mindset. You’ll regularly jump on calls with clients and work with them to increase their customer retention.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and help execute innovative retention strategies, including loyalty programs, referral schemes, and customer feedback mechanisms.
- Segment customer bases and craft targeted campaigns to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Utilise analytics and data-driven approaches to understand customer behaviours and improve lifetime value.
- Regularly communicate with clients and internal teams to align on strategies and goals.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of retention strategies, adjusting tactics as needed to meet objectives.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team, including PPC, Optimisation and Content teams, on top-down marketing strategies, ensuring cohesive cross-channel campaigns.

**Key Qualifications & Skills**
- 3+ years of e-commerce experience, either agency or in-house.
- Excellent communication skills and previous experience working with clients or customers.
- Excellent organisational skills to handle multiple projects across clients simultaneously, meeting deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of your work demonstrates strong initiative.
- Experience using software such as Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma, etc.
- A creative mindset with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent written English skills.
- Strong analytical skills with Google Analytics experience.

**Desirable**
- A degree (or other relevant qualifications) in Marketing or Business.
- Experience in other areas of marketing, e.g. Conversion Rate Optimisation, PPC, SEO, Affiliate marketing, Social and influencer marketing.
- Experience with the backend of E-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Adobe Commerce, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, etc.
- Copywriting skills
