**Job overview**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Site Management Team at the Royal Oldham Hospital in a newly created role as a Patient Flow Support Co-Ordinator.

The Site Management Team supports command and control for the site - ensuring the patient's journey through the hospital is expedited to support efficient flow and capacity in all areas, in addition to maintaining a positive experience for patients.

Working closely alongside colleagues in all areas and support services you will have an understanding of patient flow and operational site management.

**Main duties of the job**:
The Patient Flow Support Co-Ordinator Role assists and facilitates the effective and timely flow of patients from A&E, GP, and Community services, coordinating inpatient beds, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures.

- Ability to work under pressure
- Basic knowledge of IT packages
