Sterling Cross are looking for an experienced Pharmacist Manager to join our client based in the Sunderland area. We are looking to speak to hardworking, passionate Pharmacists that have experience working as part of a team within a Community Pharmacy space.

Our client is a well renowned independent community pharmacy. You will be part of a well organised team that hold a reputation for going that extra mile for their customers. The branch does around 8,500 items per month and has fantastic upwards potential.

We are looking for a Pharmacist Manager who is an expert in developing long-standing relationships with customers from a variety of backgrounds. You will work proactively to develop and improve community services, and will also provide effective leadership,and help the continued growth of the pharmacy. You will need to be a strong and confident leader who knows exactly what it takes to make the whole team tick. You will be focused just as much on building relationships as you are the business.

This is an excellent role for someone that is looking to take a hands-on approach and develop their career. If you love nothing more than getting to know customers as well as being proactive in providing an array of services in a busy community pharmacy,you could be the person we are looking for.
