**Desktop Support Analyst - Worcestershire - £25,000 - Law Firm**

We are currently supporting a client who operate within the Legal sector in need of a strong Desktop Support Analyst, slightly more focused on hardware support. The organisation is requiring extra support on their in-house software which is part of theirgreater digital transformation project. This is to work within their technology solutions team on offering continued support of their current product but also helping build/enhance new features.

**Key Technical Experience Required**:
1st and 2nd line IT support

Experience in hardware fixes

Strong understanding of customer service

**Key Duties**:
Install and configure operating systems and software

Maintaining PCs to company standards

Bug fixing as and when required

Proactive service towards existing staff member
