**As our Social Media and Communications Coordinator you will**:

- Support key stakeholders to deliver engaging and exciting internal communications to keep our people involved and informed.
- Ensure we are aligned with the business’ strategy from an internal communications perspective.
- Explore and develop new and innovative ways to engage with employees.
- Manage multi-channel campaigns through our existing comms channels such as Viva Engage, Microsoft SharePoint, and social media.
- Collaborate with the wider teams to update and revive their Intranet pages to ensure the content is engaging and accurate.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to explore and identify the most appropriate and effective channels of communication and support the creation of visual content.
- Be a confident and creative individual with the ability to come up with new and innovative ideas.
- Have experience working in a communications role, delivering strategies across a medium sized organisation.
- Be I.T literate, using tools such as Microsoft and Canva.
- Be able to demonstrate previous experience in Social Media usage within a business.
- Possess strong Copywriting skills.
- Have experience organising and coordinating events.
- Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail and able to work to deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
- Have a creative flair and be able to communicate confidently in both written and verbal comms.
- Have excellent business partnering skills to work closely with our senior leadership team to create action plans, instil and maintain momentum.
