Experienced Residential Property Administrator Full

We are a Property Company operating throughout the North West.
We have a modern office in Cavendish Street Barrow and want to recruit a person with experience of some or all of the following areas of work:
1. Preparing ASTs and S20 and S8 possession documentation
2. Operating a key system
3. Obtaining Property Insurance.
4. Arranging Gas, Electric and EPC certificates
5. Using excel spreadsheets and a property rental software system to prepare statements
6. Accurately filing documentation in our online property files for each property.
7 Other jobs related to the management of residential properties including dealing with Utility companies, Benefit Offices and Local Authorities
You must be confident in your ability to use modern office equipment eg printers, scanners and pcs and software eg zoom, skype, excel, word, office 365 and to learn new systems as we are continually updating the software we use.
We offer full time and part time opportunities.
