We have been exclusively engaged to recruit for a Business Intelligence Analyst, this role has been created on the back of strong growth, this is a pivotal role that will offer exposure across the whole group and working closely with the senior leadership team.
The purpose of the role is to develop operational KPI reporting which can be easily used across the business by the creation of dashboards, its an opportunity to work with the wider business and to get out of the office and under the skin of the business.
Duties will also include:

- Accurate collection and recording of data and KPIs
- Trend analysis/variance analysis
- Forecasting / Reforecasts
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders from operational through to director level
- Provide detailed insight and commentary on operational performance
It's a great time to be joining, you'll be joining a sub £100m business that has grown 20% in the last 12 months and this role is going to be key to the next phase of growth.
This would make an ideal role for a business analyst / commercial analyst/finance analyst who has a passion for analytics with an inquisitive nature, you already possess advanced excel skills with experience creating dashboards and working with the wider businessto transform data into meaningful content. If you are looking to gain SQL experience you will be joining a team with lots of experience to share.
