**The Role**:_
- Welcome customers.
- Answer, screen and transfer incoming phone calls while providing basis information as required.
- Admin duties to include preparing quotations, printing, word processing, scanning, filing and arranging appointments.
- Approx. 30 hours per week
- **The Person**:_
- Experience of Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
- Ability to pick up new skills quickly.
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£20,955.00 per year
