Telesales Consultant

CCL Property are a busy commercial sales and residential estate agent based in Elgin, Moray and are looking to expand our growing team with a Telesales Consultant. Working for and reporting to our Business Development Manager we are seeking a motivated individual with a proven telesales background. This is a full time position in a friendly and successful business environment.

- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to close deals
- Ability to build good relationships over the phone
- A Polite telephone manner
- A results-driven and self-motivated work ethic
- The ability to work as part of a small team
- Able to deliver a high level of customer service
- Experience in using Word and Excel packages
- Confidence and self-belief to overcome objections
