**The Guest Relations Supervisor assists the Guest Relations Manager, to coordinate and direct the service, operations, logistics and activities of the shift in the Front Office department. Takes responsibility for the smooth and efficient operation of the Front Office shift as their primary operational responsibility.**

**1.** **Customer Related**
- Quality, consistency and timeliness of service delivered to Guests and Hotel Departments
- Level of Guest satisfaction, including responses to special requests
- Guest Feedback metrics (Trip Advisor etc.)

**2.** **People Related**
- Effective training of subordinates to ensure the effective delivery of highly personalised service to the Guest and other departments - record of department training and ‘drills’ to training plan

**3.** **Process Related**
- With the Guest Relations Manager, to continually strive to improve of quality improvements as
- Adherence to policies, processes and standards to govern the activities of the Front Office Department - department variances

**4.** **Finance Related**
- Daily management of:

- Management Accounts
- Cash Variances
- Negative Complimentary and Monetary Compensation

**5.** Management Related
- Duty management shifts

**6. Integrity**
- Personal and professional integrity of the highest standard

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,500.00 per year
