Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust covers a wide geographical area and a number of different services including mental health, forensic services, children's services and more. Within the Trust, the Temporary Staffing team works with our flexible admin workforce to provide cover to administrative hubs, ward offices, reception desks and other administration functions and ensure that our services are fully staffed and the best that they can be.

As a band 2 bank admin assistant, you will be expected to act as secretarial and administrative support including, but not limited to:

- Maintaining paper and electronic records
- Filing, photocopying, scanning
- Typing and/or Word processing correspondence
- Answering telephone calls, redirecting or responding to inquiries
- Assisting with the wider administrative and/or clinical team admin duties
