Job role
- Ensure our customers are served in an efficient, friendly, and polite manner
- Greet each customer with a friendly and warm welcome
- Professionally deal with all customer queries
- Be passionate and knowledgeable about our products and services
- Always Think 25 when serving age restricted products
- Assist in the set-up of all service areas.
- Assist in the serving of meals / drinks to customers.
- Barista experience (advantageous)
- Take part in quarterly stock takes.
- Maintain all required records accurately.
- Ensure all duties are conducted in accordance with safety requirements, including food hygiene regulations.
- Ensure goods are rotated and handled with care.
- Always comply fully with food hygiene and health and safety requirements
- Help the business continue their strong relationship with the local community.

**Skills**:

- Front of House experience (preferred but not essential as training will be given)
- Customer service skills and ability to communicate clearly and confidently
- Good eye for detail
- Ability to organise and prioritise work effectively
- Ability to serve customers in a friendly, polite, and approachable manner
- Experience of working in a hospitality environment (preferred but not essential)
- Experience of working in a team
- Food Hygiene Compliant (preferred but not essential)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £7.49-£10.42 per hour
