**Job Details**:

- Monday - Saturday
- 04:30 - 07:30am (18 hours per week)
- £11.42 per hour

**Main Duties**:

- Delivery of a high-quality cleaning standards across all your areas/ sites
- Conduct and complete a set number of cleaning audits per month.
- Manage your stock levels and reorder in good time.
- Assisting with organising site holiday / sickness cover.
- Conduct PPE inspections for your team and reordering where necessary.
- Managing complaints, escalating as appropriate.
- Submitting hazards reports for your team.
- Communicates in an engaging way.
- Brings to life the Mitie values daily ensuring they and their teams demonstrate the exceptional every day.

**Job **Objectives** and **Responsibilities**:

- Work within the Regional Cleaning Team, carrying out their duties effectively and efficiently in accordance with contractual requirements.
- Follow the Company's Health, Safety and Quality procedures within the course of the role and ensure that the Cleaning Team are preforming their duties within the correct HSE guidelines at all times.
- Assist the Cleaning Manager on QHSE activities including COSHH and Data product information.
- Develop good relationships with the Regional Cleaning, FM Teams, and Client Customers.
- Successfully undertake the training matrix specific to this role.

**Person Specification**:

- Previous cleaning experience
- Fully Understands colour coding/ COSHH & Risk assessments.
- Have the IT ability to use an app to conduct and complete cleaning audits.
- Understands the organisations goals and objectives and can bring these to life in theirs/their teams' daily activities.
- Demonstrates forward thinking/planning, with a positive and can-do attitude and can flex their style to meet the needs of the business.
- Can effectively plan and manage own workloads, however, understands when to ask for support when needed.
- Good decision-making skills.
- Represents Mitie and the client always in a professional, courteous, and confident manner.
- A team player with the ability to lead by example through operational excellence, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact at all levels.

**Health and Safety **responsibilities**

Follow Group and company policies and procedures at all times.
- Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment.
- Use all work equipment and PPE properly and in accordance with training received.
