A global fashion retailer are recruiting for a logistics officer to join their team.

Full-time, Permanent

Salary DOE
- Making necessary arrangement for receipt of goods either by Sea/Air by the warehouse by coordinating with the fright agents and sending it for processing if required. Or for onward delivery to customer
- Book and arrange to supply the goods to customer once processing is completed
- These are all pre-ordered goods
- Ensuring that all transport requirements are arranged well in advance both for import and export or for local sales
- All job is desk based and all done over the phone.Everything is set up ( warehouse/freight agents/transport company etc and the new person should be able to pick up the threads quickly.
- Create invoices, maintain stock control, and check all expenses concerning the dept.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Have a good aptitude to plan and execute
