Here at BDS we are looking to recruit Telecare Operators for our client based in Cheadle Hulme.

The role is to respond to and prioritize alarms generated by the Telecare Monitoring System and contacting appropriate agencies when necessary.

You will be working with elderly and vulnerable clients facing potentially stressful and emotional situations, so you need to be able to communicate empathetically and effectively to ensure the level of service required is delivered.

Other duties include;
- Respond to and take appropriate action when dealing with Lone Worker Alarm calls.
- Initiate “Check Calls” to clients on the system when required.
- Provide information to callers.
- Assist in the compilation and maintenance of records on the client database.
- Liaise with outside agencies as required to effectively resolve alarm calls.
- Previous customer service experience would be advantageous.

Salary; £19,500 - £21,500 pa

Working Pattern; 35 hours a week on a rota including evenings and weekends

This is a Temp to Permanent position to start ASAP.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm

**Salary**: £19,500.00-£21,500.00 per year
