**Job Title: Teaching Assistant (Full-Time)**

**Location: L18, Liverpool**

As we continue to inspire young minds and cultivate a passion for learning, we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team.

**Position Overview**: We are in search of a motivated Teaching Assistant to support our teachers in delivering high-quality education to our students. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play an integral role in assisting with classroom activities, providing individualised support, and creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with teachers to plan and execute engaging lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Provide one-to-one support and small group interventions to students who require additional assistance, helping them to overcome learning obstacles and achieve their full potential.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes positive behaviour and encourages active participation.
- Assist in the organisation and preparation of classroom materials, resources, and displays to enhance the learning experience.
- Work closely with teachers and colleagues to develop and implement individualised education plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs (SEN).
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents/carers to support continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting, preferably within a primary school environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents/carers.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to supporting students, with a genuine desire to make a positive impact on their lives.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Dedication to upholding high standards of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all aspects of your work.
- Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to undertake a new one.
