**Analyst/Junior Analyst, London**

Real estate focused investment firm based in London are looking to recruit an Analyst/Junior Analyst who they will support, mentor, and help grow their career up through the business.

The firm have raised and deployed over £10bn and continue with this active journey through providing finance to residential developers in the UK.

The principal responsibility of the role is to support the senior investment team. Providing analysis and support across all areas of the transaction. Input and analyse of financial models and sensitivity analysis.

Perform due diligence and actively participate on the business's lending side.

Overview of externally produced facility agreements, security documentation, valuation reports and monitoring surveyor reports.

Complete research to support existing funds and the creation of new funds.

**What we are looking for from you**:

- Educated to a high standard within a relevant field.
- Working experience in the real estate industry (debt or equity).
- Competently and independently produce credit papers with mínimal assistance.
- Ability to use Excel is essential. Financial modelling and cash flow skills are required with the ability to accurately complete and utilise financial models.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and handle simultaneous projects and to maintain quality of work with tight deadlines.
- Able to work and contribute as part of a team including responding to changing priorities.
- Excellent written, numerical and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail.
- Direct client-facing experience is an advantage but not essential.
