**An established business in Milton Keynes is seeking s a Facilities Project Manager within a 6 months contract. This maybe extended.**
**Salary is negotiable. Working hours Monday to Friday 8am until 5pm.**

There are multiple projects to be covered from exploring remedials to soundproof the building in various locations, the air conditioning system, signage and other facility projects.

**Experience required**:

- Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, be able to problem solve, being able to work with all levels of management, strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
- Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
- Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
- To coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments.
- Project Management experience within facilities(desirable)
- Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management qualification(desirable)
