Our client, a well-established financial planning business, is looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to join their team.

They are looking for a results driven Business Development Manager with excellent interpersonal skills to meet with clients and actively engage and assist them to take up our client’s proposition.

**What does the Business Development Manager do**

Having had an appointment made for you, you will provide a complete service to existing clients and assist them in moving their current investments, where appropriate, to our client’s new proposition.

You will maintain contact with these clients and assist them through the transition to the new proposition.

**Responsibilities**
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and client relationships
- Present, promote and show the benefits of the new proposition on a none advised basis to our clients
- Perform a cost benefit and needs analysis comparison of the clients existing investments against the new proposition, ensuring the client has sufficient information to make an informed decision
- Expedite the client journey
- Achieve agreed targets and outcomes
- Supply management reports
- Continuously improve through feedback

**Requirement and skills**
- Proven work experience as a telephone based adviser or Business Development Manager
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Highly motivated and target driven
- Excellent negotiation, communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of PipeDrive is an advantage
