ECO Simplified are an accredited Living Wage, professional administration business. We are based in Richmond, North Yorkshire and we are looking for an new addition to our growing team.

Working directly with some of the largest energy suppliers in the UK, we administer claims for grant funded home-energy upgrades using ECO4 funding. ECO4 is a government mandated scheme and is valued at £1billion a year.

Working with a robust network of delivery partners, ECO Simplified are looking for professional, ambitious, and highly organised team members to administer funding claims.

This role is full time, Monday to Friday.

**Who we’re looking for**

Ideally, you will have experience working in an office environment and have excellent IT skills (Microsoft Package). You will be an essential member of our Administration Team, and we will provide you with a full programme of training and support to ensure you’re successful.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Reviewing and checking documents in claims packs using a prescribed checklist and providing feedback where errors are made.
- Responding to questions and queries from clients.
- Uploading claims to CRM systems and inputting relevant data.
- Maintaining company records via our CRM system.
- Liaising with external agencies to book onsite technical reviews of completed work.
- Completing customer satisfaction calls following claims submission.
- General administrative tasks as required.
