About the Role
Richmond Adult Community College is seeking an Examinations Administrator to deliver a high-quality examination and administration service for all learners. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the examination process, including planning, coordination, and execution. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the examination and assessment process, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and awarding body requirements.
- Coordinate with curriculum staff, learners, and external agencies to ensure a smooth and efficient examination process.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of examination entries, results, and other relevant data.
- Provide excellent customer service to learners, staff, and stakeholders, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also have a strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
