You will be a key member of the Right at Home family providing operational support to all who you work with. You working along side Deputy Manager. **Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Template calls, review and update the current runs ensuring continuity at all times
- To ensure that immediate calls are covered
- Responsible for allocation of annual leave
- Giving and receiving feedback
- Managing Performance Issues
- Schedule out rotas on time
- Understanding your staff and motivating your team to deliver
- Productivity and Time Management
- Managing lateness monitoring lateness, weekly monthly, etc
- Managing absences and back to work interviews
- Addressing concerns about conduct, Level of work, etc
- Understanding and knowing your clients
- On-Call Duties (Paid and Rota basis)

**Qualifications and Skills**
