**Business Administrator Duties**
- Provide office support, including customer and employee assistance.
- Interact with clients via phone or in person.
- Answer phones, connect calls, and take messages.
- Follow up on business communications, billing, and ordering.
- Maintain well-organised files and records of business activities.
- Prepare company documents and edit correspondence.
- Collect and sort mail.
- Update computer databases regularly.
- Assist with minor technical support.
- Communicate with suppliers and vendors.
- Make travel arrangements.
- Schedule appointments and events.
- Prepare meeting rooms and organise office meetings.
- Take minutes during meetings.
- Provide essential support and assistance to the executive team on a regular basis.
- Handle order processing tasks.
- Be prepared for any other required administrative tasks.
**Business Administrator Experience & Skills**
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent communication with customers and colleagues.
- Excellent all-round communicator with exceptional written and verbal skills.
- Proficient in digital marketing.
- Good understanding of marketing techniques.
