Trainee Business Support Administrator

We are looking for a Trainee Business Support Administrator to join our team in Gloucester.

**Main responsibilities will include**:

- Acting as first point of contact for visitors
- Managing calls on the switchboard
- Handling postal responsibilities and coordinating courier services as needed.
- Supporting the finance department with data entry tasks
- Coordinating meeting rooms and overseeing the booking system
- Organising travel, accommodation, training, and conference arrangements
- Monitoring and restocking office and cleaning supplies
- Providing general office assistance to managers and colleagues, handling specific administrative projects
- Collating accommodation invoices and processing them via Compleat
- Managing the director’s expenses
- Facilitating orders for branded apparel

**Successful applicants will be**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident IT users, particularly with MS Word, Excel and Outlook (Pegasus Opera would be desirable)
- Highly organised; prioritising their workload efficiently

This is a full time, permanent position working 37.5 hours per week; 8.00am - 4.45pm Monday-Thursday and 8.00am - 12.30pm on Fridays.
