**Position Overview**:
As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of Schools Music Market. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that elevate our brand, expand our user base, and promote the incredible resources created by our talented community of music educators and enthusiasts. **Responsibilities**:
Develop and Implement Marketing Strategy:

- Collaborate with the leadership team to define marketing objectives, target audiences, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Continuously analyze market trends, competitor activities, and user feedback to refine strategies and stay ahead of the curve.

Brand Management:

- Cultivate and maintain a strong, consistent brand image that resonates with our mission and values.
- Oversee the creation of compelling marketing materials, including website content, blog posts, promotional videos, and graphics.

User Acquisition and Engagement:

- Drive user acquisition initiatives to grow our community of educators, musicians, and resource creators.
- Develop engagement campaigns to nurture and retain existing users, fostering a loyal and active user base.

Content Marketing:

- Collaborate with content creators to curate and promote valuable, relevant, and engaging content for our target audience.
- Utilize content marketing to establish Schools Music Market as a thought leader and authority in music education.

Partnerships and Collaborations:

- Identify and establish partnerships with key stakeholders, music educators, schools, and relevant organizations to expand our reach and impact.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance and KPIs regularly.
- Provide comprehensive reports and actionable insights to inform decision-making and optimize marketing efforts.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A background in music or music education is a plus.
- Proven experience (3 years) as a Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in the education or arts sector.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective marketing strategies that drive results.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Passion for music education and a deep understanding of the education industry's dynamics.

**Salary**: £16,224.88-£45,947.25 per year
