We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our Sussex CAMHS Services as Professional Lead. This is a highly influential role that will be responsible for providing professional leadership within East Sussex CAMHS with some time dedicated to supporting with leadership more widely across Sussex CAMHS.

The Trust operates a Care Delivery Service (CDS) model which is led through joint operational and clinical decision making. This post will join other professional leads in ensuring quality of service delivery and support and growth of our workforce.

This role is right for you if you are motivated at the prospect of:

- Having the ability to influence the quality of care and wellbeing through a strong professional lead network.
- Raising the profile of Psychological Therapists within CAMHS and supporting their growth and development.
- Wanting to ensure that the child's voice is at the centre of care delivery decisions.

The role is split into 50% clinical direct and indirect work (base to be agreed) and 50% leadership work.
