**1:1 Teaching Assistant Job in Leicestershire**
**Your new company**
Hays Education are working with mainstream primary schools across Leicestershire who are looking for hardworking and passionate teaching/learning support assistants to join their teams.
**Your new role**
As a TA/LSA within these schools you will be working on a 1:1 basis with individuals to support them within the classroom. You will be working alongside the class teacher and/or SENCo to assist in providing an environment that ensures optimal learning and development.
**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to succeed in this role you will be able to deal with managing behaviour in a calm, holistic and considered way. You will also have relevant experience working in a similar role and a proven track record of working with children with challenging behaviour.You will need to be confident working and supporting children 1:1 and be flexible in your approach.
**What you'll get in return**
