- Schedule and coordinate appointments between clients and mortgage brokers.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Manage electronic and paper filing systems efficiently.

**Administrative Support**:

- Provide administrative support to mortgage brokers, including data entry, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
- Assist in the coordination of meetings and events as needed.
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, managing mail, and maintaining office equipment.

**Compliance and Reporting**:
**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a mortgage, banking, or financial services environment is highly desirable.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and mortgage processing software.
