We have a great opportunity for **Design Manger**, to join our project based at **Heathrow**.

As Heathrow embarks upon its 7th regulatory period "H7", Costain was awarded two lots as Major Project Partner and Asset Renewal Partner for Terminal 2 - The Queen's Terminal.

**Role Requirements**
- Management of all designers to design in accordance with the Costain Way, Heathrow Gateway lifecycle requirements and standards along with T2 Baggage Programme plans. Ensure that the design of the permanent works and related temporary conditions are managed and completed to the required quality and in accordance with the Design Management Plan, contract schedule and budget. Undertake the PD role
- Minimum 5 years' site management and involvement with main or subcontractor design management
- Working in a complex project environment with multiple stakeholders in an Aviation or similar environment
- Working knowledge of RIBA stages, typical client standards and processes, CDM Regulations 2015 and ACOPs
- Having integrity by always doing the right thing in the right way
- Must be customer focussed by striving for excellence through understanding, anticipating, and meeting their needs
