Due to a new project winthe position of **Senior Design Manager **has become available to join our **newly established team **based in **Heathrow.**

As Heathrow embarks upon its 7th regulatory period "H7", Costain was awarded two lots as Major Project Partner and Asset Renewal Partner for Terminal 2 - The Queen's Terminal.

This role will be site based with the option for dynamic working.

**Role Requirements**
- Suitable academic qualification
- Relevant CSCS card
- Minimum 10 years' Design management and, subcontractor design management
- Working in a complex project environment with multiple stakeholders in Aviation and specifically Baggage Systems
- Working knowledge of RIBA stages, Heathrow standards and Processes, CDM Regulations 2015 and ACOPs
- Champions Sustainability Safety, Health and Environment by putting personal safety and wellbeing at the heart of everything we do and helping the environment and communities to thrive
- Having integrity by always doing the right thing in the right way
- Must be customer focussed by striving for excellence through understanding, anticipating and meeting their needs
