We are a retailer based in Heysham, Lancashire and we specialise in large kitchen appliances, delivering to customers throughout the mainland UK. We are looking for a Warehouse worker to help our Warehouse manager fulfil daily warehouse requirements. The role involves regular strenuous physical work, as well as basic IT processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Load / Unload vehicles of kitchen appliances as required following all company processes.
- Locate/Pick/Dispatch deliveries and pallets following company processes
- Verify and inspect received goods for quality and accuracy
- Accurately label customer pallets
- Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packing
- Ability to handle heavy lifting of large kitchen appliances
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Clean UK driving licence due to the use of company vehicles. On occasion, you will be expected to help our drivers on their deliveries of appliances to our customers.
- Practical DIY skills would be an advantage as you would be expected to assist in the palletising of items for dispatch
