**The role**:

- You will be responsible for processing bank receipts onto our internal system (IPS)
- You will process fee invoices on the internal system (IPS) as requested by the insolvency teams
- Responsible for making payments on behalf of clients and processing themthrough IPS cashbooks
- You will have responsibility for bank reconciliations of client bank accounts
- McAlister Cooperates a paperless filing system (Docusoft) and you will be responsible for scanning and filing to Docusoft
- Prepare VAT returns for client cases
- Prepare Corporation tax returns for client cases
- Calculating expenses and costs for client case reporting purposes.
- Calculating closure expenses and costs in client cases
- Calculate and prepare final fee invoices
- Receive, organize, box up and store client records in the way set out by management, enabling efficient retrieval of documents for the case administrators
- Review and obtain details from client case financial records
- Assist in debtor collection on cases
- Produce report and returns compliant with insolvent legislation
- You will be report to the case managers, our book keeper and directors
- Mantain Bonding of cases and insurance of client cases assets

**About you**:

- You will have a good standard of general education with passes in GCSE English and Maths
- Cashier experience or general all round book keeper is preferable but not essential
- Effective use of other IT software Word, Excel and Outlook
- Professional manner including good communication, interpersonal & telephone skills
- Work as part of a team, but take reasonability of your own duties

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: £18,999.00-£19,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
