An exciting opportunity has come up with in the Neurological Conditions Clinical Specialist Team.

If you are a dynamic, forward thinking, motivated practitioner with experience and an interest in working with clients with a brain injury or a neurological condition then this could be the job for you.

The post holder would be a clinical lead and specialist resource for clients and their families and other professionals.

This also includes working in partnership and act as a conduit in the care of people with brain injury between a variety of services and settings.

You will be working within the neuro clinical specialist team and along side a team of skilled therapists who have a wealth of experience and expertise in providing specialist support, advice and information to clients with Neurological Conditions.

To lead on assessing/ reviewing clients post brain injury and working along side other health and social care colleagues to ensure patient's needs are identified and they are able to access appropriate services.

To work along side the client and their families to provide advise and support, to promote self management and education.
