**Poling Gangs**

Our client a national Civil Engineering and Telecoms contractor are currently seeking experienced Poling Gangs to work in and around the Bristol, Wiltshire and Dorset area for their long-term Openreach contract.

What you'll be doing:

- Operating MEWP's and working at height on telegraph poles
- Installing and removing poles, including preparing new poles
- Replacing existing drop-wires
- Replacing overhead and UG joints in the Openreach fibre and copper network
- Ensuring the quality of all works achieves set standards
- Speaking with internal and external customers
- Maintaining a positive, professional image of the company.

What you'll need:

- A full UK driving licence, held for at least 12 months
- Valid NRSWA Streetworks Operative units
- Competent in the use of mechanical Civils equipment
- Openreach Smart awards required; SA001/SA002/SA006 etc.
- Risk assessment and hazard identification and a strong focus on Health and Safety
