As we continue to deliver on our currentgrowth throughout 2024 OCU Group has been experiencing a sustainedperiod of growth and expansion within the electricalsector.

We have an exciting new opportunity foran Electrical Project Manager based in Bristol/ Southwestareatomanage the delivery of the OCU National Grid EHV departmentensuring all works are performed in accordance with Health safety& technical policies procedures & legislativerequirements with OCU & National Grid. You will oversee thecivils operations & cabling productivitys resource levelssafety compliance and commercial targets reporting daily to theRegional Operations manager.

DutiesandResponsibilities

  • Planningworkloads allocating tasks and monitoring progress againsttargets
  • Maintaining safety standards conductingrisk assessments ensuring staff have adequatetraining
  • Ensuring that quality standards areupheld
  • Ensure correct sign light and guardingis in place also conducting siteinspections
  • Carry out audits to make surehealth and safety and quality are at the forefront offocus.
  • Delivery of Toolbox talks and signedconfirmation from working gangs
  • Manage KPIsacross the teams to drive delivery across the buildRequirement
  • Attend site meetings to discussworks/ timescales noticing conditions and traffic managementrequirements
  • Responsible for productivity andcompliance onsite
  • Weekly planning track sheetsrecord keeping and resource bookings asrequired

  • Agreat attitude and fantastic workethic
  • Previous experience within a similarrole
  • Previous experience working to tightdeadlines maintaining an exceptional level of customerservice
  • Good knowledge of Health &Safety & CDM Regulations
  • Valid drivinglicense is essential Company vehicle provided for businessuse
