**Job Spec**:

- Ensure that any changes to service user contributions are communicated to the Client Finance Officer
- Maintain the database system (sales invoicing system), working with Services and MI team to ensure all admissions and discharges of service users, changes to packages are updated on a prompt basis.
- Chase external agencies for any outstanding monies due.
- Clearly communicate any problem / unresolved debts to the Accounts Receivable/Credit Control Manager so that they can assist with resolving any ongoing issues, all outcomes to recorded on the Open Accounts credit control module.
- Maintain and record the transactions (invoices & receipts) relating to Income and Accounts Receivable, ensuring that deadlines are met in line with the management accounts process, process card payments
- To maintain an effective and positive working relationship with other departments within the organisation providing information and advice as appropriate.

**Person Spec**:

- Experience working within a finance department
- Available at short notice
- Good IT Skills
- Hard working and a team player

**Job Types**: Temporary contract, Temp to perm

**Salary**: £23,000.00 per year
