RG Consultancy are working with a well-established manufacturing company based in Birkenhead who are looking for a purchase ledger clerk to join them on a full time, permanent basis. This is an exciting role for someone to work closely with the finance manager within the business and support the whole purchase ledger function as a stand-alone role. The finance team is made up of the finance manager and this position.

This is a well-established company and operate fully from the offices.

*Duties:*
- Processing high volume of invoices
- Matching and coding invoices
- Dealing with PO invoices
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Nominal ledgers
- Other ad-hoc finance duties
- SAGE 50 software / MS Excel

*Benefits:*
- Monday - Friday (40 hours per week) 8am - 5pm - early finish on a Friday
- 20 days plus bank holidays (increases with service)
- Company auto-enrolment pension
- On site parking

*Skills and abilities:*
- Strong software knowledge - SAGE would be an advantage but not essential
- Strong purchase ledger experience - minimum 2 years

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
