**This role can be home based or hybrid**

We are seeking a Group Risk Account Manager who has at least two years’ experience of managing and delivering Group Risk administration support. The successful applicant will have experience of administering group life assurance schemes (both Registeredand Excepted), Income Protection Schemes, Group Critical Illness schemes, Group Medical and Dental Insurance schemes. Experience of administering Defined Contribution/Master Trust pensions support and Defined Benefit pensions schemes will be an advantage butis not essential. The successful applicant will be capable of:

- 1. Administering group arrangements on a day-to-day basis

2. Reconciling group risk schemes at the year end

3. Undertaking re-brokes and rate reviews of group risk schemes

Focussing on retention of existing clients and growth of annuity revenue year on year, the Account Manager will play a critical part in the success and the reputation of the Company.

The successful applicant will ensure that our customers are treated fairly and receive a fair and consistent service in line with the Company’s culture and value statements.

**KEY RESULT AREAS**

1. To deliver service and administration to existing and new clients, achieving delivery within agreed service levels.

2. To ensure all procedures are in place and adhered in line with company requirements and in line with compliance policies.

3. Ensure all data is accurately reflected on all systems used and ensuring compliance with GDPR requirements

4. Lead by example embedding the company’s culture and values in everything we do.

5. Deal with any matters that are escalated and liaise with the company’s support teams as required.

6. The role holder is responsible for identifying, managing and escalating any risks within the business unit they identify.

7. Attend team meetings as and when required

8. Providing Management information on a weekly and monthly basis to Head of Employee Benefits covering the status of the work, achievement of service levels

9. Positively contributing to process improvement adding value

10. Ensuring clients and connections are proactively serviced

11. Ensuring annuity revenue is delivered in line with budgeted expectations, through the efficient production of renewal invoices and ad-hoc fees in line with current fee schedule etc.

12. Ensuring that Group Risk service provision is delivered and that the function operates compliantly.

**Skills required**

Any relevant CII or PMI qualifications

Extensive experience in Financial Services

Experience of working in Group Risk administration. Experience of administering Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution pension schemes would be an advantage.

Knowledge and experience of UK regulatory requirements.
