**Who are we?**

We are an established online retailer with a wide portfolio of brands, selling across the fashion, home, lifestyle, and outdoor categories. We operate a direct-to-consumer business via online marketplaces such as Amazon, our own direct retail websites and other well-established retailers such as Next.

**Role & Responsibility**

We are looking for a highly motivated, detail orientated E-commerce Executive to join our expanding E-Commerce Team. You will be responsible for supporting various aspects of our business, from supporting with Operational Tasks to updating and improving online content across our websites and marketplaces & general admin. This is an extremely varied role which will give opportunity to have a 360 degree view of an E-Commerce business and its functions.

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Content:

- Updating Product Page Descriptions & Images across our websites & marketplace listings.
- Supporting the New Listing Creation Process
- Reviewing & Improving Instruction Manuals & User Guides

Operations:

- Creating, Monitoring & Tracking FBA & AGL Shipments
- Liaising with suppliers to organise the timely delivery of samples & stock
- Supporting with the customs clearance of our imported goods

Marketing:
Customer Services:

- Supporting the customer services team with customer messages, claims, and cases.
- Assisting with order processing and returns where required.

**What experience and skills does the role need?**
- Previous E-commerce Marketplace Experience in a similar role is desired
- Attention to Detail
- Highly organised & Proactive
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
